We liaise with all other family services in Winchester and its surrounding villages. Families and children are referred from: Hampshire Children’s Services, health visitors, social workers, police, GPs, mental health workers, local schools, the prison and local Children’s Centres and Home-Start. In turn we signpost our families to relevant community services.

Our local TSB branch chose us as their nominated charity for 2016-17, and the Salvation Army’s Winchester branch continues to be a close and supportive partner.
In the past we have also been grateful to receive financial support from Rathbones Investment Management for the refurbishment of the office and practical support from Scottish Widows (part of Lloyds Banking Group) for redecorating the outbuildings.
