Join us! Friends of the Family’s work is both challenging and rewarding. It offers employees and volunteers the chance to develop new skills, connect with like-minded people, and share and learn from others. And most importantly, it provides the opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of the people who come to us for support.

Trustees

Do you have professional legal experience and some spare time to bring your legal mind to the Board’s discussions to strengthen our governance?

Are you local to Winchester with an enquiring mind and a friendly nature who enjoys getting out and about in the local community?

If either of these sound like you, then we’d love to hear from you. Our trustees are responsible for setting our strategic direction and ensuring that we operate legally, responsibly and sustainably. Their wide-ranging skills, experience and contacts are invaluable.

Please have a look at the role descriptions below, or get in touch via admin@fotfwinchester.org to have a chat about the opportunities available.

Applications close Friday 24 July 2026 and interviews will be held in early August.
