Vacancies

Join us! Friends of the Family’s work is both challenging and rewarding. It offers employees and volunteers the chance to develop new skills, connect with like-minded people, and share and learn from others. And most importantly, it provides the opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of the people who come to us for support.

Trustees

Do you have experience of organisational development and are looking for somewhere where your experience, ideas, contacts and support will make a real difference?  If so, then we’d love to hear from you.

We are always on the lookout for new trustees to help set our goals and policies, ensure that we observe good practice and support our staff and volunteers. We are currently looking for someone with experience in organisational development to help us look to the future. If you like what we do and are interested in finding out more about what being a trustee with us involves, then please do get in touch for a chat by contacting Jo: admin@fotfwinchester.org.

We are always keen to recruit more volunteers for our Mums and Young Children group and our 5s to 13s Befriending service. If you are interested, please see the links below for further information:

Quotes - Winchester charity
  • “Friends of the Family is a great charity to work for as it offers me the chance to support children and their families in a holistic way. I love working with the different children, families and the volunteers and feel privileged to be able to offer this unique service at a time when children and their families need it most.”
