5s to 13s enjoy games workshop

Fun and games were had on Wednesday 7th February when ten children and their befrienders met at an after school workshop. There were lots of traditional and new games for the children and adults to play with including Twister, Buckaroo, Picturika, chess, draughts and a variety card games. Some of the children and adults also tried their hand at balloon modelling. This was a bit hit and miss but after much hysterical laughter a dog and flower were finally created! After a healthy tea of wraps, flapjacks and fruit kebabs everyone got into two teams for a Chocolate Quiz. They answered questions about the delicious subject and had taste tests too. It ended with the Unicorn Team beating the Popcorn team 10-5! Well done Unicorns!
