On Tuesday 11th June, from 2pm to 4pm, Home Farm House, Hursley, will open its garden to the public to raise funds for Friends of the Family, a local charity offering support to children and families across the Winchester district.

The professionally-designed garden, incorporating wetlands, tree-lined walks, open sporting lawns, and a cottage walled garden to the front, surrounds the Home Farm collection of buildings which date back to the early 19th Century.

Chair of Trustees, Viv Wheeler, said: “This is a unique opportunity to visit a stunning garden, not normally open to the public, whilst raising funds for a small, local charity. I would urge all garden enthusiasts to attend.”

Parking is free and refreshments will be available to purchase. Tickets are £10 and must be bought in advance. Tickets are available at or call Friends of the Family on 01962 864466.
